Dear Bob and Nick,
I have my condo in Las Vegas and I live in New York. I experienced a water heater rupture on my condo which required me to travel to Las Vegas to clean it up. The rugs in 90% of the apt were totally damaged. I started to consider to have the Condo tiled rather than to replace the rugs. Thanks to the internet I was doing some research looking for local businesses before arriving. It’s easy to find a company on the internet but finding a good company is like playing roulette. I feel as if I won at roulette.
I made a call from New York to your store and spoke to you Bob. I explained my situation. Once I arrived you followed up with me upon my arrival. My son who happened to be there visited the store and had chosen some colors beforehand for me. When I arrived you had them ready for me to see making suggestions as I made my decision.
The showroom is spectacular and the staff very professional and friendly. Nick came over the very next day and measured my condo. After finalizing everything, the crew arrived to begin the work. I was only going to be in Vegas for 2 weeks and needed assurance that it would be finished before my timeframe. There were other issues that had to be attended to along with the replacement of the floor.
The crew was Luis, Efraim, Gustavo, and Jorge. What a professional and friendly crew. They were meticulous in the way they worked and extremely professional in the way they set the tiles and cut them. They finished my 1,150 Sq. Ft., Condo in 4 days. Ripping out carpeting and laying down Porcelain tiles in the pattern I had requested. This crew you can see works well together and really knows their business. They also make you shine even more because only qualify all you promised when we signed the contract. They cleaned up after themselves and put back all my furniture as I had it or where ever I wanted it. After 4 days, I was sorry to see them go.
I am so pleased with everything and very happy with the results. You finished in record time considering the amount of work it took to do this. In some cases they worked around other repair men who also came to work on other issues. Thank you so much for turning my disaster into a brand new and beautiful Condo.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. You can be sure that you will get nothing but praises from my end to anyone and everyone.
